Top 3 Highlighters

Highlighters have evolved to be a very key utensil in every students schooling career. What are the true qualities to a top highlighter you ask? Let me tell you. My top 3 highlighters are rated on account of their reliability, brightness, colour choices, sturdiness/firmess, and if they easily smudge.

#1. I have found the BIC Brite Liner Highlighter to be my obvious number one. The visual appeal of this sleek accent utensil alone shoots it's ratings right to the top. This pen is always ready to go, taking an enormous amount of usage to run it all out. The colour availability for this pen is perfect, it is available in 14 different colours! Wow! The tip of the highlighter is just firm enough, giving it a perfect consistency while in use. As you begin to highlight words, the colour escapes from the pen, leaving a vivid colour trail behind. After waiting just a few seconds after use, I proceeded to smooth my hand over the ink and wow, no smudging. The designers of this masterpiece sure had their shares of Wheaties! What a perfect design.

#2. Coming in at number two, I have found the Sandford Liquid Accent Pen. The creative design of this group of pens is especially colourful and artistic. There are almost 9 different colour choices that have been selected describing colour names, such as berry, coral, and indigo! Why you ask is this super pen in number two? The amount of ink that is released during use is too much, causing the words being highlighted to become not visible or smudged. Uh oh! The vivid colour of the pen it outrageous and definetly captures the readers attention to those highlighted sections. I find the firmness of this pen to be a little too intense, but as far as reliability it could definely write for a long time.

#3. Sadly, coming in last is the Sanford Major Accent Pen. This pen is only available in 4 different colours, making it a very difficult choice for those picky buyers. The tip of this highlighter is too thick, which makes it very difficult to only highlight specific words or phrases. Although, this highlighter does come equipped with a plush grip, creating a comfy write for your precious fingers. The ink released from this pen, while in use, is easily smudged. Through limited usage of this utensil, I have found the tip to be uncomfortably firm. I would not recommend this highlighter as being wonderful, but it definetly is reliable!
