Picture yourself driving down the road in your plush, leather interior SUV bouncing to the loud, booming music with your best friends, when you see THE SIGN. The big, flourescent yellow billboard that stands out at you from a mile away. Wow, "New Diamond Shreddies"! Shreddies have always been such a scrumptious and nutritious breakfast, why not try them?
Do not become tangled in Shreddies discreet web of lies. "Diamond Shreddies" are in fact a conspiracy. After first viewing this convincing sign, I began to deeply ponder the concept. Following a few moments of intense thought, my mind raged to a conclusion. For all of the mindless people in the world, here is the much needed truth: Shreddies rotated their old, boring "square" shreddies 45 degrees to try to sell this "new", amazing product. How stupid does Post think we all are? Is this what the human race is truly coming to?
Do not buy "Diamond Shreddies" and support this nonsense. And if in fact it is too late and you have already purchased a box, I suggest you phone the Shreddies hotline and post a complaint that you indeed found 5 square shreddies in the box and would like a full refund.

Top 3 Highlighters
Highlighters have evolved to be a very key utensil in every students schooling career. What are the true qualities to a top highlighter you ask? Let me tell you. My top 3 highlighters are rated on account of their reliability, brightness, colour choices, sturdiness/firmess, and if they easily smudge.
#1. I have found the BIC Brite Liner Highlighter to be my obvious number one. The visual appeal of this sleek accent utensil alone shoots it's ratings right to the top. This pen is always ready to go, taking an enormous amount of usage to run it all out. The colour availability for this pen is perfect, it is available in 14 different colours! Wow! The tip of the highlighter is just firm enough, giving it a perfect consistency while in use. As you begin to highlight words, the colour escapes from the pen, leaving a vivid colour trail behind. After waiting just a few seconds after use, I proceeded to smooth my hand over the ink and wow, no smudging. The designers of this masterpiece sure had their shares of Wheaties! What a perfect design.
#2. Coming in at number two, I have found the Sandford Liquid Accent Pen. The creative design of this group of pens is especially colourful and artistic. There are almost 9 different colour choices that have been selected describing colour names, such as berry, coral, and indigo! Why you ask is this super pen in number two? The amount of ink that is released during use is too much, causing the words being highlighted to become not visible or smudged. Uh oh! The vivid colour of the pen it outrageous and definetly captures the readers attention to those highlighted sections. I find the firmness of this pen to be a little too intense, but as far as reliability it could definely write for a long time.
#3. Sadly, coming in last is the Sanford Major Accent Pen. This pen is only available in 4 different colours, making it a very difficult choice for those picky buyers. The tip of this highlighter is too thick, which makes it very difficult to only highlight specific words or phrases. Although, this highlighter does come equipped with a plush grip, creating a comfy write for your precious fingers. The ink released from this pen, while in use, is easily smudged. Through limited usage of this utensil, I have found the tip to be uncomfortably firm. I would not recommend this highlighter as being wonderful, but it definetly is reliable!

John Lennon: "Imagine"
Lenny Kravitz stated Lennon to be "an icon for peace" and his inspiring song, "Imagine", to be "one of the greatest songs ever". "Imagine" is a peaceful and uplifting song, which through time has continued to be used at countless emotional events. (Remembrance Day etc.) Lennon's considerable dream of peace became notable through these beautiful lyrics. The last stanza in "Imagine" speaks of Lennon's hope of the world to come together and join him on his quest for peace and his dreams that oneday "the world will live as one". Unfortunetly, Issues threatening peace are still prevalent all over the world today, which keep the "Imagine" spirit still very much alive among the human race. This song continues to elevate thought about what the world would really be like if "there [was] no countries", "no possessions", or "no religion". Just "Imagine", the world would be a completely different place.

My Sister's Keeper Poem Analysis
The True Meaning of Power- Philosopher Gabriel
"The youth are exposed
To many paths in the life they live
They are exposed
To many different versions of motive
They are exposed to Power
Power, oh sweet power
Fueling in the veins
Of many
The youth must decide
How they will use their resources
They must decide
How they will light their torches
They must decide how to use Power"
The first part of the poem, "The True Meaning of Power" by Philosopher Gabriel, outlines the idea in the novel, "My Sister's Keeper, of Anna having the power to choose her path. Anna has the difficult choice whether or not she will continue to sacrifice herself for her sister, Kate. In Anna's hands rests the ultimate power to give life to her sister, or to not. "The youth must decide how they will use their resources" exemplifies Anna's choice to give up her kidney to Kate, knowing the drastic outcome of either decision. "They are exposed to many different versions of motive" illustrates that Anna has to make the final decision of sacrificing to kidney to Kate not because her parents tell her she has to, but because she finds a deeper reason and wants to give Kate the gift of life.
